We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care and are looking for an energetic Physical Therapy Technician to join our growing team.

We are a multidisciplinary injury care practice with physicians, PAs, PTs, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers all working together under one roof. The goal is simple: take care of patients the right way while building a team that enjoys coming to work.


Position Summary
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by working directly under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). You will be responsible for preparing treatment areas, keeping the clinic clean, and guiding patients through prescribed exercise programs to ensure a seamless recovery experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assistance: Escort patients to treatment areas and assist them with set-up, transitions, and prescribed therapeutic exercises.
  • Clinic Upkeep: Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment tables, exercise equipment, and modalities between patient uses.
  • Modality Setup: Prepare heat packs, cold packs, electrical stimulation equipment, or other modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
  • Administrative Support: Assist front desk staff with patient check-ins, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records when needed.
  • Inventory & Laundry: Monitor clinic supplies, wash/fold towels and linens, and maintain a highly organized workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. (Coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Pre-PT programs is a strong plus).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical office, fitness center, or customer service role preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for extended periods, demonstrate exercises, and lift/transfer up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Must be a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification preferred (or willing to obtain upon hire).

Schedule
 
  • Full-time with half days on Friday ending at 12:30pm
  • Structured clinic hours that balance patient access and staff workload
  • No unnecessary weekend grind
